About Karen Rubinstein - Founder of
Women in the Rooms

Karen Rubinstein is the founder of Women in the Rooms, a transformational recovery community designed to help women heal emotionally, reconnect with their true selves, and build a life beyond alcohol.

After struggling with alcohol for 15 years and hitting rock bottom, Karen found sobriety—but her true transformation didn’t begin until she dug deeper into the emotional and spiritual work of recovery. Through her journey, she realized that most recovery spaces didn’t provide a true home for women to explore their emotions, break free from limiting beliefs, and create real, lasting change.

Determined to fill this gap, she created Women in the Rooms—a space where women can openly discuss their struggles, heal their subconscious patterns, and grow into the fullest version of themselves.

"Recovery isn’t just about quitting drinking—it’s about becoming the woman you were always meant to be."

- Karen
